Information on admission to the 1st grade

OKNZ "Lozuvatska ZOSH 1-3 degrees named after T.G. Shevchenko"
recruits students to the 1st grade
for the 2019 - 2020 school year.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On General Secondary Education", for admission to the first grade, parents or persons who replace them provide the following documents:

• application in the name of the school director;

• a copy of the child's birth certificate;

• medical card of the established model.
